iEval serves many types of clients, ranging from small nonprofit organizations to large intermediate school districts and universities to healthcare organizations.  Evaluation contracts may be short-term, project-specific evaluation planning, analysis, and reporting or long-term, strategic evaluation implementation and integration. A sampling of the current and recent clients is below.

Before School, After School, & Summer Programs

The evaluation plan for these programs (often 21st Century Community Learning Center grantees) includes interviewing students, parents, principals, regular school day staff members, and program staff members; conducting program observations; monitoring the implementation of the program in meeting stated objectives; evaluating program quality; surveying parents and students; and analyzing student data including academic achievement in reading and math, behavior, attitudes, and attendance.  iEval shares evaluation data on a regular basis with program staff, provides technical assistance in implementation, and creates a comprehensive annual report.  Several clients include: Clare-Gladwin RESD, Communities in Schools of Kalamazoo, Muskegon Public Schools, and the Fremont Area Community Foundation.

Educational Projects

The projects iEval is working with focus on the impact of intensive, multi-faceted teacher professional development, innovative educational deliveries, and research-based programs on students, teachers, administrators, and the community.  Subject matter includes healthy students, early childhood education, rural education, mathematics, literacy, and more. Several clients include: Heidelberg University and Kalamazoo Regional Educational Services Agency.

Health-related Projects

iEval works with a variety of health-related organizations, providing evaluation technical assistance, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses, evaluation training, process mapping, and reports and presentations that are useful for program improvement.  Several clients include: YWCA of Kalamazoo and Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health Authority.
